03: Confetti Birthday Cake Sugar Cookie Recipe is a recipe for a sweet and buttery sugar cookie with minimal spread that will take you back to all your childhood birthdays. I wanted a classic childhood birthday cake flavor without any expensive birthday cake extracts or cake mix, and I’m pretty proud of the results. This recipe is a buttery base that contains only high quality pantry ingredients that can be found at your local grocery store or amazon (and sprinkles, of course!).
My recipe is soft and crumbly (and with a slight chew) with a light texture and very minimal to no spread.
