15: Devil’s Food Chocolate Sugar Cookie Recipe is an incredibly DELICIOUS recipe for the most tender, soft, and deeply rich chocolatey cut out cookie you’ve ever tried. This cookie is next level chocolate flavor while maintaining their shape and delicate texture without being too crumbly. It will make you think a Devil’s Food chocolate cake and a cookie had a beautiful baby. This recipe contains only regular pantry ingredients and doesn’t use cake flour. I do recommend using chocolate extract if you have it, but it is completely optional. (Also, this is not the same as my originally published Chocolate Brownie recipe.)
