The cookie holds its shape, has minimal spread, and tastes amazing. The edges are crisp and the center has a light chew. This recipe contains only high quality pantry ingredients that can be found at your local grocery store or amazon and does not use cake flour or unique ingredients other than pantry spices and pink peppercorn.
