Not instant espresso powder for making coffee. I use King Arthur espresso powder. *IMPORTANT* This recipe is slightly different than #22 Espresso Sugar Cookie, which has a buttery base. This recipe has a lower ratio of butter to sugar and is more of a classic sugar cookie.
