34: Carrot Cake Roll Out Sugar Cookie Recipe is a spiced carroty sugar cookie that is soft and perfect with cream cheese frosting or royal icing . It can be made thin and crunchy or thick and soft with a slight chew. This cookie is based off my pumpkin spice sugar cookie, uses real carrots. It has a beautiful natural color, minimal spread, and is paired with a salted vanilla bean royal icing. This recipe contains only regular pantry ingredients and does not use cake flour. *This recipe does not use brown butter.
