41: Black Cocoa Roll Out Cookie Recipe has an extremely rich and full bodied cocoa flavor with a soft and delicate texture. This cookie can also be transformed into a thin and crunchy cookie that is perfect for making homemade versions of the famous black sandwich cookie that won’t be named. This recipe contains only regular pantry ingredients and does not use cake flour.
NOTE- this recipe is based on my Devil’s Food recipe, but it has a stronger structure. This recipe is related to my Peppermint Mocha dough as well.
